Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ShweAin (the Platform), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
User Accounts
You must register to use account features and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared in ways that bypass platform controls.
Supported Roles
ShweAin provides user-facing accounts for buyers and professional agents. Agents may be required to complete identity or business verification before using trust-sensitive features. Private platform administrators operate verification, moderation, billing, support, and security controls. Seller self-service accounts are not currently available.
Property Listings
Eligible agents are responsible for listing accuracy, including descriptions, prices, images, ownership or representation authority, and availability. ShweAin may reject, pause, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, outdated, or inconsistent with these terms.
Payments and Fees
Agent identity verification is free. Paid services may include platform capacity or storage and optional listing promotion. Payments must use approved methods and may require private administrator review before the related service is activated. Fees are non-refundable once the associated service has been delivered, except where required by law.
Property Transactions
ShweAin helps buyers connect with professional agents but is not a party to a property sale, lease, or transfer. Users remain responsible for property verification, legal and financial advice, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction completion.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misuse ShweAin, interfere with its operation, or use the Platform to harm another person or evade applicable controls.
- Publish false, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading listings.
- Harass, spam, impersonate, or misrepresent another person or business.
- Circumvent platform fees, verification, access controls, or moderation decisions.
- Scrape, extract, or reuse platform data without authorization.
- Attempt to compromise accounts, systems, or service availability.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting content, you grant ShweAin a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and promote the Platform. ShweAin's software, interface, and branding remain owned by ShweAin or its licensors.
Account Suspension and Termination
ShweAin may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or are required to be restricted by law. Users may request account deletion, subject to the retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided as available without warranties that are not expressly stated. To the extent permitted by law, ShweAin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to ShweAin during the preceding 12 months.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
