How We Use Your Information
We use information to operate and improve ShweAin, publish property listings, support buyer-agent communication, process billing and payments, verify agents, send account notifications, provide agent analytics, moderate platform activity, and meet legal obligations.
Information Sharing
Public information: Property listings, public agent profiles, and reviews may be visible to anyone using ShweAin.
Buyer-agent interactions: When you message, inquire, or request a tour, ShweAin shares the interaction context and the profile information needed for the recipient to respond. Private contact details are not made public by default.
Private platform administration: Authorized ShweAin administrators may access information when required for verification, moderation, billing review, security, legal compliance, or support.
Third parties: We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers operating under appropriate safeguards or when disclosure is required by law.
Data Storage and Security
ShweAin uses access controls, password hashing, token-based authentication, input validation, and rate limiting to protect platform data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain controls appropriate to the information and workflows we operate.
Uploaded Files
Property images are intended for public listing display. Identity documents, payment submissions, and payment QR details are limited to the account owner and authorized platform administrators. Transaction documents are available only to the necessary participants and authorized administrators.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal information and may withdraw consent for optional communications.

Data Retention
We retain information while your account is active and for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy.
