Processing Scope
A DPA request may address account profiles, agent and company data, property listings, communications, payment-review information, product analytics, and uploaded files processed while providing ShweAin services.
Information to Include
Send the following information to privacy@shweain.com so the request can be matched to the correct account and reviewed efficiently.
- Your legal entity name and registered address.
- The ShweAin account owner or company workspace email.
- Requested processing, security, or transfer terms.
- A procurement contact and any review deadline.
Operational Controls
ShweAin reviews DPA terms alongside the platform's current controls for authentication, role-based access, file handling, retention, deletion requests, support access, and incident response.
Review Process
The privacy team confirms the account relationship, reviews requested terms, identifies any required changes, and coordinates signature with an authorized representative. A request is not accepted until both parties execute the final agreement.
