Only active, verified agents with a positive score qualify. Missing evidence earns zero points. Positions are numbered consecutively by score. Equal scores are ordered alphabetically by full name, then by a stable account ID when names also match. Equal points do not imply a performance difference. Area filters use live listings; scores cover all areas. Results refresh within a minute.

Scores summarize platform records, including agent-recorded deals. They are not an independent audit or a guarantee of service. Identity verification does not add points.
